The recruiting process was extremely positive. The people interviewing you really seem to care about getting to know you and see if you fit the company culture. Culture is important to Camden and they take the necessary steps to ensure that you will be happy working there!

Interview
It was a great process overall. Dominique did an amazing job of reaching out to me after the career fair and starting the interview process. Once we started Dominique and I chatted briefly on the phone for the first call/interview and it went very well. Then there was a group zoom interview with other possible candidates that was quite competitive but also had a fun and inviting atmosphere. After getting invited to the final call with Danielle and Paul I realized the community that I was going to be apart of. I truly felt welcomed and supported throughout this process all thanks to the wonderful staff at Camden!

Very descriptive, it was very eye opening to what a day to day is for each employee. Met with 3 employee of the company who work at different departments and they told us what each of them do.
