      Account Manager Interview

      Accepted offer

      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cameron & Lennon (Brooklyn, NY) in May 2013

      Interview

The interview process is somewhat long 3 steps before they make a decision. When I got invited back for the second interview I had to use my day off to go on a job shadow with one of the account executives which was actually a cool learning experience and I got to see all the aspects of the entry level position. Often not like other companies who try to explain everything in office but you still don't know what they do. Cameron and Lennon has a unique approach when it comes to choosing people to become part of their team.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The most difficult part was going to a territory when it was raining. Majority of the time we were inside in businesses however I would prefer a nice sunny day for my second interview.

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cameron & Lennon (Brooklyn, NY) in Jun 2013

      Interview

I had a great experience with my interview process with this company. True professionals from start to finish. HR director Shareen was very easy to communicate with and very pleasant on the phone and in person. The interview process was not long at all however it was very detailed. I was able to get a 2nd interview call back and. I was impressed how smoothly the 1 on 1 meeting with one of the hiring managers went. I felt challenged to interview for this job and I have been on many interviews before this one. I am sure this position is definitely not for lazy people but for people who listen learn and apply.
