They made you do an initial phone screen then an in person interview. The questions were simple. They wanted to hire a staff filled with animal lovers that would treat the animals with great respect.

Interview
Usually a 2 part process, The assistant manager interviews you first then the main manager Jane will usually want to meet you or you get hired on the spot if all goes well.
