Very quick and smooth process. Friendly people that I met and answered all my questions. No crazy interview questions and straight to the point
I liked their process of meeting the whole team and getting a feel for their culture
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when you were faced with ambiguity in a task
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Campus Labs (India) (New Delhi) in Jul 2018
Interview
First round was written test in which around 50 questions were there from java and java swing.
Second round was machine coding which was pretty simple and straightforward even if you know 10% of programming.
Third round was face to face interview round with CTO who just believes in theoretical knowledge. He just want the book written definitions of technical concepts, no real life example, He don't even know about the sql joins. Only god knows how he become the CTO of the company,he don't even deserve to be junior software engineer.
Overall, the process was simple and pathetic, there was no challenge at all, I don't think an individual can grow his/her skills based on the fact even CTO just believes in theoretical knowledge.
