First interaction was a phone call with the CEO, talking about current job and life situation, then discussing expectations from both sides. Next interview was a Skype Call with CEO, Head of Back Office and Head of DACH Sales, discussing previous experience and role in detail. Third and last interview was to discuss questions and tasks I had to solve in preparation for the call.
