I had the initial interview onsite with the Manager of the Client Services Team. Second interview was also onsite for a Handler evaluation and a panel interview with the Customer Services Team

Interview
I had an initial phone interview with board member where I was asked how I would solve a set of problems. I then moved on to an hour interview with President. This was then followed up with a panel interview with three staff members of varying levels in the organization.
