Canadian Institute for Health Information interview questions

I clear the assessment, and technical interivew and background check then they decided to meet and greet and suprise me with technical interview. I personally feel later they discover someone they know and they tried to find a reason to disqualify me.

The interview was professional and focused on assessing relevant skills and experience. The questions were structured and thoughtful, covering both technical knowledge and strategic thinking. It felt well-aligned with the responsibilities of the role, and the panel gave space to explain my approach to collaboration, problem-solving. Overall, it was a fair and well-run process with reasonable expectations.
