Presentation and questions, including engineering manager, an engineer & HR rep. Lasted about 90 minutes and there were some questions from both sides at the end. Overall relatively relaxed atmosphere

Short (15 minute) preliminary phone call to determine previous qualifications and asking salary. Followed by another interview a week later with team leaders (30 mins-1hr). Standard interview questions about experience and safety.
