I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Canadian Professional Sales Association (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2015
Interview
Being bilingual and fluent in French, I was firstly approach by a very rude and unprofessional person called Trevor. This was the preliminary step where the company typically assessed an individual's ability to speak French. Trevor had all the information regarding who he was contacting regarding this preliminary French test. First of all, he called me and mentioned someone else's name (completely inattentive and disorganized). He was very brash and superficial in his conversation and you could tell he just wanted to get the conversation over with. His French was not clear as it was not a purely French dialect. This was enough to turn me off from this person which was a very poor and unprofessional representation of the company and its services.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Canadian Professional Sales Association (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2014
Interview
Youll meet with about 5 people over the entire process. Coaches, upper management and a representative of the sales team. There will be an assessment to be completed which is lengthly and indepth so make sure youve had rest and a coffee. You will learn mostly about the company values and yourself as they have personality tests to help determine fit and areas of opportunity.
You will be asked various questions and it is a long process. My interview was almost an entire work day which recruiters never tell you. But I was genuine, and honest about my desire for upward momentum and a challenge.
