I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Candelis (Newport Beach, CA) in Oct 2013
Interview
Started with a good interview process around algorithms. Then called over for an on site interview. Interview was fine. Mostly questions around databases and web application architecture (because I had some experience in that). After verbally agreeing to make an offer, they refused after at least 20 follow up emails.

Question 1
Easy questions. Basically they test whether you know what you have done and say.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Candelis (Irvine, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I was refered by one of my friend, got on-site interview directly. The interview took about 3 hours and most of it were focused on SQL and C++. The interviewer were friendly and the questions are very detailed.

I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Candelis (Irvine, CA) in Jan 2013
Interview
Interview was pleasant, questions were pretty basic, like comparing two list, and basic java questions. The offer was surprising, 65k. At first thought it was joke, but since didn't get a call back for my counter offer at 85k, it was not a joke.
