      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Candescent Health (Boston, MA) in Jan 2017

      Interview

Nightmare Interview Scenario. The company originally listed the job on Indeed in August of 2016. I was turned down for an interview. The job was then listed in January of 2017, I applied and was granted an interview with a one person recruiting "firm". Went through three interviews with the "recruiter". Then, over and a three month period, spent dozens of hours scheduling and rescheduling interviews that would eventually happen, and were positive. The company continued to string me along and then just disappeared. The position, quarters later, is still listed on indeed. The firm doesn't have the money to hire, and simply won't admit it. The company lists in several locations, including Linkedin, that they were founded in 2015. The company actually received it's first round of funding in 2009, and has one real customer. After being in business for 8 years, they have one real customer. It is apparent the company lacks the funding for the position, and is in a tough spot. The CEO of this firm has an undergraduate degree in English, and knows nothing of business or technology. INTERVIEWER BEWARE! This company and their "recruiting firm" will string you along for months wasting your time and resources to schedule interviews for a position that the company cannot afford, and has one customer and a staff of at least 50 people. The reality is this is not a fast growing startup as advertised, but an 8 year old company that just hasn't had any success. Avoid at all costs.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Candescent Health

      Interview

There were multiple interviews with different members of leadership and a great experience overall. I didn’t mind the process and understood the culture they were building. I would do it all over again if I had to. It was nice meeting all levels of management.
