There were three steps in the interview process:
Step 1: Screening Call discussing briefly with ops lead
Step 2: Online interview looking at fit member of the senior management team
Step 3: F2F interview in more detail with the CEO
Lots of talk about being a disruptor and lofty morals. At the end I was told I would hear soon. And then nothing, so I chased them and still nothing....
Calling it rude would be too kind. Ghosting people who go through the effort and time to prep for an interview is really poor. Do better!
