You come in, and they'll ask you simple questions. You just have to know how to type well, be communicative. The office is very small. When I interviewed, there was another employee working. Interviews are done after the office is closed, around 6.

Interview
She was very direct what she wanted and expected from each employee. She illustrated that her company is all she has and will keep it organized and running and needed employees who will help her do that. She needed the employee as soon as possible. She was sweet and welcoming.
