Lengthy, many stages, lots of doubting questions. First is phone interview, then virtual interviews with other HR personnel, then virtual interview with HR manager and Director, followed onsite interview. After a lengthy process, they decided to move on with someone with experience. If they think I didn't have the experience, why bother wasting my time?
