Horrible process, no human interaction. They give you an essay form to fill out, essentially, really focused on high school for some reason, very little jon relevance and almost like you're applying to Scientology? Strange. Went on vacation, e-mailed the hiring manager as such. They then sent me a personality/pseudoscience intelligence test, which I was almost willing to entertain when I returned. Kept receiving canned/automated messages from the hiring manager while on vacation. Replied and followed up 3 times to no response. Sent an email about a week later withdrawing my application. Total waste of time, Massimiliano is probably some AI agent they've replaced actual HR hiring people with.
