Cantera Doors interview questions

Principal was 30 minutes late for our appointment. When asked about comp plan he got very vague, and changed subject, after 90 minutes of interview and asking a second time he finally spit out a number so low, he should've been embarrassed. I know I certainly was. Car allowance is peanuts and no option of company vehicle, you are responsible for your gas. If you're a true, experienced sales pro, run away from this one!
