The interview process was incredibly thorough and efficient. I submitted my resume and received an email the next day to schedule an interview with the CEO. From there I was lined up to interview with the entire leadership team over the course of a week in addition to an HR Consultant. While I met with 7 individuals, it allowed me the chance to also interview them, get to know the leadership team, the company and the culture. Needless to say I was hooked and 100% onboard when they offered me the position a week later! After 2 months on this job I can honestly say that this team and this company "walks the talk" of the Cantey Core Values: Client First, Process Oriented, Eager to Learn and Grow, Positive Attitude, Team Player and Problem Solver. I am lucky to be a part of such wonderful team!
