Process went on for about six months and I did some chasing while decisions about the position changed on the Canva side. When we got to the final Challenge, I had two personal issues arise that caused delays. One was scheduled for months in advance and I moved it up to help accommodate a potential start date. The recruiter told me any offer was a final offer and I would need to move quickly afterwards (and had made the recruiter aware of changing the date to accommodate). After months of patience on my side and spending hours on a presentation, I expected a little more grace given it was only going to cause a weeks delay. When I attempted to reschedule the recruiter asked to speak with me first and then disappeared. Overall, a disappointing experience where it didn’t feel like communication between all parties was solid and timely.
