Three step process,I completed a phone screen with the owner first. My second interview was with the branch manager. I completed a job shadow with a career consultant and the third interview with a job offer with the regional manager.

The interview process was quick and simple. Applied ok indeed. Was called within a few days. Did a quick phone interview then passed on to an in person interview. They were transparent about the ability to work overtime and long hours but also focused on the rewarding nature of the job.
