Interview
I attended the campus recruitment process when the company was Aricent. (graduation year - 2018) . There were three rounds - technical and aptitude paper, technical round, HR round. first round consisted of 9 sub topics including math, logical reasoning, aptitude, human relationships, C programming, micro controllers and micro processors. there was minimum cut off for clearing this round post which we had to attend technical round. In this round i was asked to write few programs in C, but most of the questions were related to electrical (from signals and systems, digital and analog electronics etc). This round went on for 45 mins post which HR round was a casual interaction with HR.

3 interviews, 2 technical and 1 hr. Medium leetcode. Hr was good to know about the team and company culture. Did not upfront discuss comp for the role. Project detail was not discussed but team detail was good

The interview was straightforward and easy to navigate. It focused mainly on basic programming concepts and aptitude questions. The interviewer carefully evaluated both syntax accuracy and logical thinking. Overall, it was a fundamental-level assessment designed to test core programming knowledge and problem-solving skills.
