Met with manager, asked about my background and why I wanted to get into sales. Wanted to see how much I knew about Capital Economics and about the industry. Spoke to a manager in an outside office who asked pretty much same questions but was really nice.

Straightforward. Spoke with head of sales, CRO, and another rep on the team. Afterward was provided with the offer. Not a time wasting interview process and moved fast which was greatly appreciated.

Called in by a recruiter. Had my initial interview with the sales manager. Real friendly easy goin guy. Tough to get a read on. Small office, strong sales environment with young people. Looks like they were all a few years out of colleague
