Interview was smooth. They asked general questions regarding why I wanted to work for the organization and touched on my past work experience. Since they are a non-profit CDFI, they want to ensure that they are hiring people who are committed to their purpose of truly helping the community. I met with the VP and she was very comforting during the interview.
