Confused and disorganized. Lack of planning by the staff communicated to me a lack of respect for my time. Management was fine. But I wouldn't want to work with a team like that.

The questions were reasonable, however the staff involved in the interview process clearly did not understand the importance of coordinating among themselves or with the interviewee.
