I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital Preparatory Schools (Hartford, CT) in Jun 2015
Interview
I was connected with Capital Prep Schools through a third party. After Capital Prep received my information, I was called by one of the lead teachers to talk about my interest in the school. Then, I was asked to do a Skype interview with two teachers that were on staff. Once that was complete, I interviewed directly with the Principal in person, after which I received my offer.

Question 1
If Capital Prep did not hire you, what would we and our kids be missing out on?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capital Preparatory Schools in Mar 2018
Interview
This was a 30 minute phone interview. I applied for a position in Connecticut and interviewed with some one out of state who clearly did not know what he was talking about. He knew no information about the particular school I was interviewing for, and he had an extremely condescending tone. He avoided answering questions about the school's sense of community.
This was the worst interview I have ever had. I chose not to continue with the interview process because of how poorly the interviewer was and how rudely he treated me.
