If you are a new to the job market, simply do not apply for this company. The entire interview process will ruin your understanding of the industry. As they don't pay anything to their employees, they almost hire anyone who shows the interest and tell you "you are selected out of 200 candidates".

Question 1
Very basic. A piece of adviase: If you want, you can try to ask them some questions to test their manages' understanding of the market and you will be very surprised(in a bad way).

Interview
Got a call from them and called me for the interview the next day. They basically promoted their own company. Interview was about 15 mins. The office was empty. The guy told me that this job is mostly networking for clients.
