I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capstone Consultants in Jun 2020
Interview
It's not so much the process but how they weren't upfront about the position. I didn't realize it until after I did my first round of the video interview. They called to do the second and she basically told me this position is 100% commission and no base pay. How is something titled Management Trainee a full-time full commission sales position?
They say they want everyone to start entry-level and work their way up. To me that doesn't make sense, 100% commission based jobs are for experienced salespeople, entry-level always starts with base pay.
This company is straight-up lying, proceed with caution.

Interview
Applied online, received a phone call the next day about conducting a online recorded interview. Very basic questions. After a few days I received a call for an in person interview. At the in person interview it was myself and another person interviewing for the position together...which typically happens at pyramid schemes. The interviewer was really friendly and charismatic. Explained how they are a marketing partner with AT&T and that the process starts with door to door sales 6 days a week and eventually you will make "7 figures" at the top of the pyramid. The interview took about an hour and a half.

Interview
I was contacted almost immediately after I applied and had an interview set up for the following day. Everyone was very polite and welcoming. Interviewer was engaged and it seemed like having a conversation rather than answering questions. Very laid back.
