Interview
First phone call interview (asked basic accounting questions, and fit questions), then in-person interview with the MD. Asks for both basic accounting questions, as well as basic valuation techniques, which is reasonable.
Mostly behavior questions are asked. One case study at the end that involves a qualitative assessment of a fake company. You need to make a teaser for it in the format of a poster.

It was a 30 mins behavioral + technical interview. Mainly ask about behavioral questions and previous experience. Basic technical questions like walk me through 3 statement. After the first round interview, then you have to finish a take-home case.
