Capstone Search Advisors interview questions

Drawn out with not clear communication even when told their would be. Made out to be a perfect fit but was ignored after reaching out multiple times with no effort on their end to disclose their direction they ended up going. Overall underwhelming and a waste of time.

I don’t think I’ve had a positive experience with any recruiter at the McIntyre Group. I have been no showed countless times when I have scheduled calls and have gone to multiple interviews where I simply never heard back from the recruiter or the company itself. There was even an instance when I had to call the “emergency line” just to speak with someone. Overall, a horrible experience and I do not recommend it for anyone actively seeking opportunities.
