The interview process was simple and straightforward; questions were related about the Chemist III role. I believe the Cerritos site needs to hire professional HR personnel/ Talent acquisition staff because both times I have applied the exact same person with initials RV has sent me the exact same message saying your application will not be moving to the next round of the hiring process. I have never seen a company say no to an applicant by the exact same person and same message.
