Capture interview questions

I connected with Capture through referral. I had an interview with the team lead and with the HR. After that they send my CV to the client and I had 2 interview with the stakeholders from the client side

One part of the interview with the HR manager, an other part with the operational manager. The first interview has taken one hour and the second interview has a bit longer. Nothing special questions. After the first interview the second was orgnised more difficult twice asked me to change the date of the interview. I have had the feeling that the time management is not the perfect, or the operations are changing frequently.
