Interview
It was a few weeks long. phone interview followed by an office interview and drug screening that was taken on site. process took approximately 5 weeks total. met with several managers and supervisors from several departments around the company. also, got to go to lunch when i went to meet with a manager from the office. took several assessments both while in the office and online, prior to any formal meeting to make sure my qualifications could be verified.

what is a leadership role you have held and what did you learn from it?
Behavioral interview, Panel interview. They asked general behavioral interviews, if you Google the general ones, you'll be set. They're looking for teamwork, leadership, integrity and knowing how to handle those situations. Don't answer you don't have any examples for the questions.

Interview
The interview process is all based on prior experiance in the "tell me about a time when" format. You will interview with two different pairs of interviewers. Overall the process is pretty standard and they do give you time to ask questions as well. The tone was casual and they do take time to try to connect with you as an individual.

Recruiter and then Case study. Did not pass case study. I'm more of a take my time and not have someone hover so I was nervous and didn't do well. Did receive feedback from recruiter so that was a plus. I know where I need to improve so I'm ok with the process
