It was a video interview. She asked me about 15 questions. Most of them involved recounting a specific circumstance in my previous jobs. She wasn't particularly friendly, but not overly cold either.

Filled out application and took 2 pretty long assessments.
Got an email the next day wanting to set up phone interview.
Phone interview took about 20 minutes, they got to know me and asked 1 tell me a time question
Did a 40 minute video interview a few days later based on all tell me a time questions.
Waited 3-5 days for an answer
