"Two" rounds of interviews = Phone screening with recruiter + 1-hour case study + "Round Two" which included a behavioral interview (which ended up being a normal interview) and two more hour-long case studies, plus another interview. In my opinion the case studies are a waste of time. I wish I had interviewed with a panel of people so I wouldn't have to repeat myself so often. I don't feel like the interview process showcased my true skills or potential. I felt more like a guinea pig or lab rat doing their tasks. After all is said and done, the recruiter called and said they're moving forward with other candidates. I emailed with a question about another role but got no response. A week later I see the same job post showcased on LinkedIn, making me doubt the honesty of the recruiter, and making me feel unfairly judged. Makes me wonder what the work environment is - maybe toxic, judging by this drawn-out and phony experience.
