First it was an on phone interview with just some basic questions then an in person interview if you do well on the phone interview the interviewing process was a two day process

Very laid back. Just told me about the hours and pay scale of the job. The first phone interview is basically to see if you are able to have a normal conversation on the phone. the next phase will be an in person interview with a sales Manager.

Interview
Very disappointing phone interview which lasted less than 5 minutes. I expected “What do you know about us?” Which was the first question I was asked also “Why do you want to work for us?” Other than that I simply wasn’t asked enough for them to know anything about me, how I work or what I can bring to the table. We talked about compensation which I don’t understand why that was relevant so early on if you don’t even plan on hiring the person. I studied for 2 weeks planning for a interview that lasted 5 minutes? Best places to work? What a joke.
