I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CarShop (New York, NY) in Apr 2019
Interview
Originally applied through an indeed posting, had a phone review. Phone interview was very personable and informative. Attended the in person interview today.
I had the in-person interview today. It was between myself and 3 managers yet it was still extremely comfortable. I was able to learn about their business, culture and had plenty of time to ask questions as needed. You can tell these managers really cared about their company and the other employees they work with.
I am happy to hear that you felt comfortable and learned more about our business and culture. We take pride in conducting thorough interviews. Thanks for taking the time to write a review!

I applied in-person. I interviewed at CarShop (Princeton, NJ) in Dec 2020
Interview
Interview was easy and fun. They took time to explain about the CarSense culture. Did not feel like the typical trying to put you against the wall interview. Interviewers very professional.
Thank you for this review! The point of the interview is to have fun and get to know one another. It’s nice to know we’re doing well. Thanks for interviewing with us.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at CarShop (Chester Springs, PA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Was the usual questioning in front of a panel. I tried to give my best answers during my duration there with them. There was a better questioning that they honed in more that I never got at any other interview. Was about me and who I am. What am I about? Every other job is about how you can make more money for them but this was different. I had a true sense that there was a care about who I was. I was glad that some questions asked how I would help fellow employees because as a manager we are there to give them guidance not embarrass them in anyway shape or form.
Thanks for taking the time to write a review...I am glad we got a chance to know each other a little better. We are still interviewing for the F&I manager position so "thanks for your patience." I'm glad one of the take aways was how we care about our people....its the most important thing we do each and every day!
