Initial HR screening then an engineering interview with the CTO and one backend dev which consisted of engineering pop quizzes which made me feel like I was interviewing for an entry-level position. Not much was asked about my previous experience.
The interviewer just read through a list of questions they had written down related to how I would approach certain hypothetical situations. It was very rushed and made it stressful the answer the questions. Their questions ran over time by 5 minutes and I was told I could only ask one question because they had other interviews to get to. I had the impression the interviewer had predetermined ideas about how the questions should have been answered because for some questions they responded "yeah I agree" but other questions they said "another way to approach that would have been to do this actually...".
I received an email stating why I was not selected for the job with feedback which was appreciated. They told me they were open to hiring someone junior or senior, it was clear I was applying for a junior role but the feedback and growing points referenced more senior expectations. However some points for improvement included experience that I had clearly stated that I have, which was disappointing.
Had I been offered a job I would not have accepted it based on the interaction with the interviewer.

Interview
The interview process lasted nearly 3 weeks, first I met with Kate the HR, she was super friendly and it didn't feel like an interview at all, she asked about my experience and why I am interested in the job, talked to me about the company and asked few behavioral HR interview question.
After that I got sent a React-Native coding challenge, basically, it's a mini react-native application with certain functionalities.
I got a response after two weeks of submitting it.
I didn't get specified feedback for the technical interview, but maybe I should have asked for one.
