I wouldn't accept the offer even if i got one. very disrespectful and chaotic culture. I completed all phases of the interviews and did very good but did not hear from them at all after the final one. i followed up a few times and no reply ! and per the other reviews it seems to be their standard procedure! After spending so much time and energy to go through all their steps, they don't have a little bit of respect to just update the candidate with the result.
