Interview
First a short telephone conversation with the manager to discuss the main job duties and to get a general idea of how you might fit into the role. Then an in person interview on site to go into further detail about job requirements and work environment, pay, etc. Pretty laid back and personable.
The interview process was very laid back for the initial interview. The second and third were both done at a restaurant and fairly laid back as well. The first was with one manager and the other two interviews was with both managers.
