Cardinal Financial Company interview questions

Quick and Easy, did not take a long time to set up additional interviews. The work environment did sound as if they were still growing and working out internal processes.

Interview process began with a phone discussion with their recruiter, roughly a forty five minute call, getting to know each other. This was followed by a fairly in depth coding problem, uploaded to GitHub. No feedback other than they were not going to move forward, which was surprising as the code did everything asked for, with tests.
