Met with the owner. He asked about my experience and made me feel like I did not know anything. Asked about my references and told me if they do not give me a glowing review I can forget the job.

Interview
Sent in a resument. Spoke to manager on the phone. Came to the office for an interview with the manager and his wife. The wife is also an employee at Cardinal Management Group. Seems like a strange setup but I answered the questions anyway.
