I applied online. I interviewed at Care Access (Boston, MA) in Apr 2026
Interview
First round with hiring manager who asked a combination of behavioral and technical questions. Second round was peer programming task on a small application which you get access to the code a day beforehand. The small app used file based routing and prisma ORM. Basically if youre not already familiar with these tools you dont stand a chance with the coding round. Unfortunately I did not have any previous prisma experience. I explained how I would do certain things with the tools I have used but I dont think they liked that and I was not offered the position.

Interview
It was a quick process. The recruiter and hiring manager was very clear on expectations. There were no surprises. This was three interviews and a short waiting period for the outcome.
Great communication engaging, fast turn around time did a screening call and got asked to interview on the same day. Was initially asked to do a screening call that just asked about experience and what I was looking for in a job and then was offered an actual interview
