The interview process was multi-stage. Began with a phone interview speaking with a member of HR, then spoke with the hiring manager about a week later. There were questions about my experience and technical skills in both. I asked what if anything would give them pause in hiring me, and they said my 5 years of startup experience wasn't recent enough.
