It was a fairly quick interview process, but I wish I had been the one to ask more questions. I was asked about my experience as a nurse (which I had only been to nursing school and this was a prospective 1st nursing job for me). I told of my experience as a nursing student in clinicals and then was asked when I could start.

Panel Style Interview - Management Team consisting of 2 Account Managers, a Clinical Manager and a VP interviewed me. Very relaxed and they made me very comfortable throughout the meeting. Reviewed my resume and experience with general questions.
