I was referred by a friend and got an interview right away. The interview was done in rounds. The first with who would be my boss, then the next with her boss and subsequent team mates. Everyone was very welcoming. The interview was more of a conversation

They asked me about my experience, how I handle certain situations, and why I wanted to work at CareFirst. They also asked what they should remember about me.
Straightforward and good chance to discuss project portfolio and expectations. Would benefit from more of a chance to interview with peers and other project level contributors. Overall good experience for challenging work.
