Easy standard questions not a challenge. Some personality some experience etc. Some work history just whatever and whatever and some more of the same the same the same the same
I applied the first day the role came out. I got the email for the interview around 2 weeks later. It was pretty simple, the interviewer asked me basic questions like “ tell me about yourself” and “why this company/ what do you know about the company?”
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CareFirst (Baltimore, MD) in Jul 2025
Interview
I interviewed for a Real Estate Project Manager position. I am an interior designer (NCIDQ, CIDA, etc...) and project manager (PMP) with significant experience in commercial interiors and space planning. I had two interviews - the first with Talent Acquisition and the second with a Manager for Workplace projects and a Senior Project Manager. After following up, I was told I should hear about next steps soon. I followed up again after a week had gone by, received an out of office reply, then after about another week, instead of replying to my email, which would have taken less effort, my Talent Acquisition contact, copied and pasted a standard response essentially saying that I am no longer being considered and to try again next time. I asked again for personalized feedback and received no response. This is extremely unprofessional behavior towards interviewees, especially at the point I was at in the interview process. I will be advising my colleagues to reconsider applying to Carefirst in the future.

Question 1
In both my interviews, there was a lot of discussion about the position itself and how it aligned with my skill set.
