Cleared all rounds of Tech Lead interview but still no response from HR or interviewer. The interviewer gave positive response during end of interview but still rejected. Not sure why

Interview process is not very hectic. Level of difficulty is medium. Questions are asked from the skills mentioned in the resume. Experience matters and you need to answer what you have done previously in that role
