Two phone interviews, then fly out to Minneapolis for final round interview during a leadership development program in the Summer. The interview process was pretty straightforward, and the recruiters were very friendly.

Series of phone interviews with one in person interview at the main office. No selection of where you would want to work in the future. Seems like a great company going in a great direction

Received on-campus interview from campus recruiting. Interviewed the next week through on-campus interviews at Ohio State. After two weeks, they got back to me with the offer. The process was very short and was relatively easy to go through.
