Applied online and did a phone interview with HR which was fine, though the HR person didn't seem to know much about the role. A different HR contact then got in touch weeks later with a schedule for an in person panel interview. Didn't ask if I was available during the time already set and was not open to changing the time. The panel was very rigid and the people interviewing didn't seem to have a lot of interest in doing so or in me. After following up, weeks after the interview, heard they were filling the role internally.

It was very pleasant and also relaxed. The interview went quite in dept and we talked for a good 40 minutes. The interviewer seemed very interested and always had a follow up question.
