I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cargill
Interview
I met with a Cargill recruiting team at the career fair at my college, where I was invited to a 30 minute casual behavioral interview. Within a week I was contacted for a brief phone interview. Within a few weeks I was contacted to fly out to a facility for a 3rd round interview. The third round was a little more technical, but broke into very casual conversation the majority of the time. I then received an offer the following day.
