Interview
Long one day interview and they were most interested in asking tax technical questions than anything else. Unfortunately, as it turns out, I had the flu (102 degree temp) by the time I returned home so I'm sure I didn't make a very good impression. Everyone was very nice that I talked with - but was a unique process with the technical questions (which can be easily learned) and very little about "soft skills" (which generally aren't as easily acquired but can greatly influence job performance and fit within a work group).

Recruitment is outsourced. The process is long and disconnected. Could. It get basic questions on compensation and benefits answered. I did not view the company favorable after the interview process.
